Shipping:
Most items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order, pending successful payment and verification of credit information. Orders received before 11:00 A.M. EST will be processed the same day. Please call our Customer Service line to verify your shipment will go out as ordered should you need same day service. Our cut off time for urgent orders is 12:00 P.M EST.
Our alternate shipping method is UPS. We ship USPS Priority to APO/FPO destinations. We do not ship UPS for Saturday delivery. If you require a special Purchase Order and want to use an alternate account, please call our Customer Service line and provide your shippers account number.
Shipping charges are based upon weight and courier. All orders incur a $4.00 process & handling fee, which encompasses administrative paperwork, cc processing, packaging, materials and handling.

Methods:
Approximate shipping times for International orders may vary based on the Country. Inanycase.com does not ship to all locations. All International Orders are shipped USPS priority (includes tracking) UPS Worldwide Express, Expedited and UPS Standard. You will be responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your Countries policies should you need further explanation of charges. We report the exact amount of the "sale only" on the Customs form.

Return Policy:
InAnyCase.com allows returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by a representative from InAnyCase.com, by phoning toll free w/in the US @ 866-216-4422 or 413-499-1834 and receiving an RMA number. Should you require an exchange or replacement part, we will ship the replacement after we receive and process your returned product. Should you require a credit, we will credit your account upon inspection of returned merchandise. Credits may take up to 2 business days for processing. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles to see the credit receipt on your credit card statement.
All returned items must be in sellable condition, so please ensure all packaging materials are included to prevent damage.
InAnyCase.com does not pay for shipping on replacement RMA’s or re-orders. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid via any carrier. All returns must have a tracking number accompanying the package as Inanycase.com will not be responsible for lost shipments. Please phone the following numbers to be provided with an RMA number.
