Shipping and Return Policy
dba Inanycase.com, division of Apex Resource Technologies reserves the right to verify any information associated with credit card transactions. It is very important that you provide accurate telephone numbers, email addresses, and billing information so we may expedite your order.
Most items ship within 48 hours of receipt of the order, pending successful payment and verification of shipping address. InAnyCase.com reserves the right to ship an order standard best way delivery, regardless of the delivery method selected at checkout. This may be due to hazardous materials such as shipping batteries, or weight differentials during checkout or local carrier pick up scheduling. If there are changes or revisions to order placed after check out, those will become the responsibility of said purchaser.
Urgent or expedited orders received before 11:00 A.M. EST will be processed the same day. Please call our Customer Service line to verify your shipment will go out as ordered should you need same day service. Cut off time for urgent orders is, 12:00 P.M EST.
A note to all military: We ship USPS Priority to APO/FPO destinations. Please write to us at email@example.com for all military orders, or call 1-866-216-4422. We ship USPS and UPS. If Fed Ex is required, please phone us @ 866.216.4422 and request Customer Service for this alternate method. We cannot guarantee same day shipment on Fed Ex. We do not ship UPS for Saturday delivery. If you require a special Purchase Order and wish to use your company carrier account, please contact our Customer Service line to provide that information.
Shipping charges are based upon weight, courier, shipping and handling.
InAnyCase.com allows returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by a representative from InAnyCase.com by phoning toll free w/in the US and Canada @ 866-216-4422 or 413-499-1834 and receiving an RMA number.
Should you require an exchange or replacement part, we will ship the replacement after we receive and process your returned product. Should you require a credit, we will credit your account upon inspection of returned merchandise. Credits may take up to 2 business days for processing. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit receipt to show on your statement.
All returned items must be in sellable condition, so please ensure all packaging materials are included to prevent damage.
InAnyCase.com does not pay for shipping on replacement RMA’s or re-orders; unless the return is due to an error by us! We will take full responsibility and replace the items at no charge to you, if something was our fault. We don’t take our errors lightly and want you to be satisfied with your online purchase!
All returns must be sent freight pre-paid via any carrier and should be traceable. InAnyCase.com will not be responsible for lost shipments. Please phone the following numbers so we may provide you with an RMA number for your order.
